### sec.106X Changes to social impact assessment reports To remove any doubt, it is declared that the applicant for a development application or change application may, at any time before the application is decided— change a social impact assessment report for the application; and give a copy of the social impact assessment report as changed to the assessment manager or responsible entity for the application. A change to a social impact assessment report for a development application or change application is not a change to the application.
