### sec.106P Matters for regulations
A regulation may prescribe matters for this part, including—
when and to whom notice of a proposed declaration may be given under section 106C ; and
the effect of giving notice of a proposed declaration under section 106C on—
the process for assessing and deciding a relevant application; and
any appeal period in relation to the application; and
procedures for notifying persons of the Minister’s decision not to make a declaration under section 106D .
Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may also—
provide that, despite section 71 , an approval or deemed approval of a relevant application in relation to which a notice is given under section 106C is taken not to be in effect for a stated period; or
modify a period stated in this chapter for assessing and deciding a relevant application that is declared to be an application for State facilitated development under section 106D .
