### sec.106E Notice of declaration
The Minister must—
give notice of the making of the declaration (a declaration notice ) to—
each entity mentioned in section 106C (2) (a) to (d) ; and
if the notice is given after the relevant application is made to the decision-maker—each referral agency for the application other than the chief executive; and
any submitters for the application the Minister is aware of when the notice is given; and
if there are proceedings relating to the application in the P&E Court—the court; and
publish a copy of the notice on the department’s website.
