### sec.106B Definitions for part
In this part—
application period , in relation to a relevant application, means—
the period stated in a declaration notice for the application under section 106F (1) (g) (i) ; or
if the period mentioned in paragraph (a) is extended or shortened under section 106HA —the period as extended or shortened.

decision-maker , for a relevant application, means—
if the relevant application is a development application—the assessment manager for the application; or
if the relevant application is a proposed development application—the entity that would be the assessment manager for the application if it were made; or
if the relevant application is a change application—the responsible entity for the application; or
if the relevant application is a proposed change application—the entity that would be the responsible entity for the application if it were made.
