### sec.20 Delegation by chief executive The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s functions or powers under this Act to— the chief executive of another department; or the chief executive officer of a local government; or an appropriately qualified public service officer. s 20 sub 2024 No. 12 s 126 - (a) the chief executive of another department; or - (b) the chief executive officer of a local government; or - (c) an appropriately qualified public service officer.
