### sec.14A Power of chief executive to amend Gazetteer
The chief executive may amend the Gazetteer at any time to include—
a name of an excluded place; and
information about a place, including an excluded place.
The chief executive may, at any time, omit an approved name of a place or information about a place from the Gazetteer if the chief executive is satisfied 1 or more of the following applies—
for a place that is a geographical feature—the place no longer exists;
the place has been given a name, other than an approved name, under another law of the State or the Commonwealth.
The chief executive may, at any time, amend the Gazetteer, including the boundaries or coordinates of a place shown in the Gazetteer, if the chief executive is satisfied—
the change is of a minor or technical nature; or
the amendment is necessary to correct the Gazetteer.

(sec.14A-ssec.1) The chief executive may amend the Gazetteer at any time to include— a name of an excluded place; and information about a place, including an excluded place.

- (a) a name of an excluded place; and
- (b) information about a place, including an excluded place.
- (a) for a place that is a geographical feature—the place no longer exists;
- (b) the place has been given a name, other than an approved name, under another law of the State or the Commonwealth.

- (b) the amendment is necessary to correct the Gazetteer.
