### sec.10B Minister may require publication of proposal This section applies if— a notice of the proposal was not published because of section 10 ; and the Minister considers it would be appropriate, for any reason, to publish the notice before a decision is made under section 11 . The Minister may ask the chief executive to comply with section 9 in relation to the proposal.
