### sec.978 Continuation of conversion of well This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a petroleum tenure holder was converting a petroleum well to a water supply bore under section 283. On the commencement, previous chapter 2, part 10, division 2 continues to apply to the holder until the well is converted to a water supply bore. s 978 ins 2013 No. 23 s 178 (sec.978-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a petroleum tenure holder was converting a petroleum well to a water supply bore under section 283.
