### sec.970 Deciding applications for approval of assessable transfers until commencement of particular provisions This section applies until the commencement of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 , chapter 5A, part 4 as inserted by the Environmental Protection (Greentape Reduction) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2012 .
