### sec.961 Existing written permission to enter land to construct and operate pipeline This section applies if, before the commencement, a pipeline licence holder has obtained the written permission of the owner of land to enter the land to construct and operate a pipeline the subject of the licence. Section 399A(2)(b) does not apply to the owner’s successors and assigns for the land. s 961 ins 2012 No. 20 s 121 (sec.961-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, a pipeline licence holder has obtained the written permission of the owner of land to enter the land to construct and operate a pipeline the subject of the licence. (sec.961-ssec.2) Section 399A(2)(b) does not apply to the owner’s successors and assigns for the land.
