### sec.938C 1923 Act water bores
Subsection (2) applies for a water bore—
drilled with the permission of the Minister under the 1923 Act, section 86; and
within the area of a converted petroleum tenure.
On and from the day the Petroleum and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005 commences, the water bore—
is taken to be a water supply bore under this Act; and
may be transferred without complying with section 288(3).
Subsection (4) applies for a water bore—
drilled with the permission of the Minister under the 1923 Act, section 86; and
within the area of a replacement tenure.
On and from the day the area becomes a replacement tenure, the water bore—
is taken to be a water supply bore under this Act; and
may be transferred without complying with section 288(3).
