### sec.927 Corresponding approvals and decisions under 1923 Act for a converted petroleum authority This section applies to an approval or decision— about any of the following under the 1923 Act— an authority to prospect; a petroleum lease; a pipeline licence; a refinery permission; and made under the 1923 Act about a matter provided for under this Act; and that continues to have effect immediately before 31 December 2004. On 31 December 2004, the approval or decision is taken to be an approval or decision made for the corresponding matter under this Act. Subsection (2) applies subject to any other provision of this part. For subsection (2), an approval under the 1923 Act, former section 56(1)(c) is also taken to be— for a converted ATP—an approval under section 73; or for a converted lease—an approval under 152. s 927 ins 2004 No. 26 s 247 amd 2005 No. 3 s 95 ; 2007 No. 46 s 241 sch (sec.927-ssec.1) This section applies to an approval or decision— about any of the following under the 1923 Act— an authority to prospect; a petroleum lease; a pipeline licence; a refinery permission; and made under the 1923 Act about a matter provided for under this Act; and that continues to have effect immediately before 31 December 2004. (sec.927-ssec.2) On 31 December 2004, the approval or decision is taken to be an approval or decision made for the corresponding matter under this Act. (sec.927-ssec.3) Subsection (2) applies subject to any other provision of this part.
