### sec.905 Application of sdiv 2 This subdivision applies if, before or after 31 December 2004, an agreement as follows provides for the granting of a proposed petroleum lease under this Act— an agreement mentioned in the Commonwealth Native Title Act, section 31(1)(b); an indigenous land use agreement registered on the register of indigenous land use agreement under the Commonwealth Native Title Act. s 905 ins 2004 No. 26 s 247 amd 2007 No. 46 s 241 sch ; 2011 No. 2 s 121 - (a) an agreement mentioned in the Commonwealth Native Title Act, section 31(1)(b); - (b) an indigenous land use agreement registered on the register of indigenous land use agreement under the Commonwealth Native Title Act.
