### sec.898 Consequence of failure to comply with notice to lodge proposed later development plan
If a converted lease holder does not comply with a requirement under section 897(6)(a), the lease is cancelled.
However, the cancellation does not take effect until the holder is given a notice stating that the lease has been cancelled because of the operation of subsection (1).
