### sec.864 Licences under repealed regulation that become gas work licences This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person held a licence under the repealed regulation, section 83, and the licence (the old licence ) was— a gas installer’s licence; or a gas serviceman’s licence. On the commencement, the old licence is taken to be a gas work licence for the same purpose as the old licence. Subject to chapter 10, part 2, division 4, the term of the gas work licence ends when the term of the old licence would have ended. s 864 amd 2004 No. 26 s 69 (2) sch (sec.864-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person held a licence under the repealed regulation, section 83, and the licence (the old licence ) was— a gas installer’s licence; or a gas serviceman’s licence.
