### sec.851C Advice by office about subsurface impacts from relevant authorised activities
The office may, on request, provide information or advice about matters related to subsurface impacts from relevant authorised activities to the following entities—
the chief executive;
the chief executive of another department;
Coexistence Queensland under the Coexistence Queensland Act 2013 .
In this section—
office means the Office of Groundwater Impact Assessment established under the Water Act , section 455 .
relevant authorised activities means authorised activities for a petroleum tenure or a 1923 Act petroleum tenure.

(sec.851C-ssec.1) The office may, on request, provide information or advice about matters related to subsurface impacts from relevant authorised activities to the following entities— the chief executive; the chief executive of another department; Coexistence Queensland under the Coexistence Queensland Act 2013 .
(sec.851C-ssec.2) In this section— office means the Office of Groundwater Impact Assessment established under the Water Act , section 455 . relevant authorised activities means authorised activities for a petroleum tenure or a 1923 Act petroleum tenure.
