### sec.841B Grounds for injunction The District Court may grant an injunction if the court is satisfied a person has engaged, or is proposing to engage, in conduct that constitutes or would constitute— a contravention of a provision of chapter 9 ; or attempting to contravene a provision of chapter 9 ; or aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring a person to contravene a provision of chapter 9 ; or inducing or attempting to induce, whether by threats, promises or otherwise, a person to contravene a provision of chapter 9 ; or being in any way, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or party to, the contravention of a provision of chapter 9 by a person; or conspiring with others to contravene a provision of chapter 9 . s 841B ins 2011 No. 2 s 118 - (a) a contravention of a provision of chapter 9 ; or - (b) attempting to contravene a provision of chapter 9 ; or - (c) aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring a person to contravene a provision of chapter 9 ; or - (d) inducing or attempting to induce, whether by threats, promises or otherwise, a person to contravene a provision of chapter 9 ; or - (e) being in any way, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or party to, the contravention of a provision of chapter 9 by a person; or - (f) conspiring with others to contravene a provision of chapter 9 .
