### sec.839A Court may order suspension or cancellation of authority This section applies if a person convicted of an offence against this Act is the holder of any of the following authorities— a gas work licence; a gas work authorisation; a gas device approval authority. A Magistrates Court, on application by the complainant during the proceeding for the offence, may suspend or cancel the authority held by the person convicted. A person dissatisfied with the Magistrates Court’s decision to suspend or cancel the person’s authority who wants to appeal against the decision, must appeal to the District Court.
