### sec.829 Restriction on Land Court’s powers for decision not to grant petroleum lease
This section applies if the Land Court is deciding an appeal against a decision under section 120 not to grant a petroleum lease.
The Land Court can not exercise a power mentioned in section 828 (1) (b) or (c) in relation to the decision on the ground that the preference decision for the application for the lease was to give any coal or oil shale development preference, in whole or part.

(sec.829-ssec.1) This section applies if the Land Court is deciding an appeal against a decision under section 120 not to grant a petroleum lease.
