### sec.80 Consequence of failure to comply with notice to lodge proposed later work program If an authority to prospect holder does not comply with a requirement under section 79 (5) (a) , the authority is cancelled. However, the cancellation does not take effect until the holder is given a notice stating that the authority has been cancelled because of the operation of subsection (1) .
