### sec.799GB Report to owner and occupier after entry of affected land This section applies if an authorised person enters affected land to carry out remediation activities with the consent of the owner and occupier of the land given under section 799G . The authorised person must give the owner and occupier a report about the entry within 30 days after the entry ends. The report must state— whether or not remediation activities were carried out on the affected land; and if activities were carried out on the land— the nature and extent of the activities; and where on the land the activities were carried out; and another matter prescribed by regulation for the report. However, the authorised person is not required to give a report to the owner or occupier of the affected land under this section if the owner or occupier does not wish to receive the report. s 799GB ins 2020 No. 14 s 202 (sec.799GB-ssec.1) This section applies if an authorised person enters affected land to carry out remediation activities with the consent of the owner and occupier of the land given under section 799G .
