### sec.792 Provision for divided petroleum tenures If, under chapter 2 , a petroleum tenure (the original tenure ) is divided into other petroleum tenures (the new tenures ), any noncompliance action started, or that could have been taken, against the original tenure holder may be continued or started against any holder of any of the new tenures.
