### sec.764 Seizure of thing subject to security
An inspector or authorised officer may, under this Act, seize a thing or exercise powers in relation to it despite a lien or other security over it claimed by another person.
However, the seizure does not affect the person’s claim to the lien or other security against a person other than the inspector or authorised officer or a person acting for the inspector or authorised officer.
