### sec.731AE Term of gas device approval authority A gas device approval authority takes effect— on a day stated in it; or if no day of effect is stated, on the day it is granted. The authority may be issued for a stated term and remains in force until the end of the term unless it is cancelled, suspended or surrendered under this Act. If no term is stated, the authority continues in force unless it is cancelled, suspended or surrendered under this Act. s 731AE ins 2019 No. 7 s 286 (sec.731AE-ssec.1) A gas device approval authority takes effect— on a day stated in it; or if no day of effect is stated, on the day it is granted.
