### sec.722 Contempt of board A person must not— impede or obstruct a board of inquiry in the exercise of its powers; or deliberately interrupt an inquiry of a board of inquiry; or create or continue, or join in creating or continuing, a disturbance in or near a place where a board of inquiry is conducting its inquiry; or do anything that would be contempt of court if a board of inquiry were a judge acting judicially. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. s 722 amd 2024 No. 34 s 237 - (a) impede or obstruct a board of inquiry in the exercise of its powers; or - (b) deliberately interrupt an inquiry of a board of inquiry; or - (c) create or continue, or join in creating or continuing, a disturbance in or near a place where a board of inquiry is conducting its inquiry; or - (d) do anything that would be contempt of court if a board of inquiry were a judge acting judicially.
