### sec.711 Board’s functions A board of inquiry must— inquire into the circumstances and probable causes of the prescribed incident the subject of the inquiry; and give the Minister a report of the board’s findings as to the cause of the prescribed incident. The report must record the recommendations the board considers appropriate and other relevant matters. The Minister must publish the recommendations in the way the Minister considers appropriate.
