### sec.708 Offence to enter or remain in incident site if access restricted
This section applies if, under section 707 , action has been taken to restrict access to the site of a prescribed incident.
A person must not enter, or remain in, the site unless the person—
is an inspector, or is authorised by an inspector; or
enters, or remains in, the site to save life or prevent further injury.
Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.
A person on the site, other than an inspector, must take all reasonable steps to minimise disturbance of the site.
