### sec.667 Refund if test shows inaccuracy in service provider’s favour
If a validation test of a meter shows it is registering outside its tolerance for error in the service provider’s favour, the provider must—
pay for the costs of the service provider and validation tests; and
refund the affected party any amount the party paid for the relevant service provider test and the validation test.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
