### sec.663 Content requirements for meter test certificate
A meter test certificate under this part must be a certificate by the person who carried out the test stating each of the following—
full details of the test;
the tolerance for error for the relevant meter;
whether the meter was found to be registering within or outside its tolerance for error;
if the meter was found to be registering outside its tolerance for error—
the percentage of error found; and
whether the error was in favour of the affected party or the service provider; and
any known cause of the error.
