### sec.661 Who is the service provider for an affected party The service provider , for an affected party, is— a person who provides a service relating to the relevant meter; or the petroleum tenure holder who must pay petroleum royalty for petroleum measured by the relevant meter. - (a) a person who provides a service relating to the relevant meter; or - (b) the petroleum tenure holder who must pay petroleum royalty for petroleum measured by the relevant meter.
