### sec.658 Authorisation required to install or use prepayment meters
A person must not install or use a prepayment meter unless—
the chief executive has approved the installation or use; and
any conditions of the approval have been complied with.
Maximum penalty—300 penalty units.
The approval may be given for the installation and use of a stated type of meter at a stated place or stated activity.
