### sec.645 Considering submissions This section applies if, within the period stated in a notice given under section 644 (2) to a controller, the controller lodges a submission under that section. The chief executive must consider the submission. If the chief executive decides the scheme does comply or does not need to be revised, the chief executive must give the controller notice of the decision.
