### sec.63 Steps after, and taking effect of, decision
On approval of the proposed amendment, the holder must be given notice of the approval.
On refusal to approve the proposed amendment, the holder must be given an information notice about the decision to refuse.
An approval takes effect when the holder is given the notice or, if the notice states a later day of effect, on that later day.
(sec.63-ssec.1) On approval of the proposed amendment, the holder must be given notice of the approval.
