### sec.622 Chief inspector’s power to approve quality
The chief inspector may, on the chief inspector’s own initiative or on application, approve the quality of fuel gas (a gas quality approval ).
The application must be—
in the approved form; and
accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
A gas quality approval may be given for all or any of the following—
supply by a stated person;
a stated period;
supply to a stated consumer, or group of consumers, from a common source.

(sec.622-ssec.1) The chief inspector may, on the chief inspector’s own initiative or on application, approve the quality of fuel gas (a gas quality approval ).
(sec.622-ssec.2) The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.622-ssec.3) A gas quality approval may be given for all or any of the following— supply by a stated person; a stated period; supply to a stated consumer, or group of consumers, from a common source.
