### sec.619 Who is a consumer of fuel gas
A consumer of fuel gas is a person who—
consumes, or proposes to consume, fuel gas by way of heating, lighting, power or in an industrial process; or
uses, or proposes to use, fuel gas for refrigeration or another process.
Subsection (1) (b) applies even if the use does not result in the gas being consumed.

(sec.619-ssec.1) A consumer of fuel gas is a person who— consumes, or proposes to consume, fuel gas by way of heating, lighting, power or in an industrial process; or uses, or proposes to use, fuel gas for refrigeration or another process.
(sec.619-ssec.2) Subsection (1) (b) applies even if the use does not result in the gas being consumed.
- (a) consumes, or proposes to consume, fuel gas by way of heating, lighting, power or in an industrial process; or
- (b) uses, or proposes to use, fuel gas for refrigeration or another process.
