### sec.549 Meaning of required information Required information , for a petroleum tenure, is information (in any form) about authorised activities carried out under the tenure that the tenure holder has lodged under this Act, including, for example— a sample; and data and other things mentioned in section 553 (2) . s 549 amd 2024 No. 33 s 183 sch 1 pt 2 - (a) a sample; and - (b) data and other things mentioned in section 553 (2) .
