### sec.471 Effect of part 5 permission The effect of the part 5 permission is that, under section 399 or 439 , the land the subject of the permission becomes pipeline land or petroleum facility land for the licence. The part 5 permission does not, of itself, give the holder the right to carry out authorised activities for the licence. The Common Provisions Act , chapter 3 provides for how the holder may enter the land to carry out authorised activities. s 471 amd 2005 No. 3 s 105 sch ; 2014 No. 47 s 565 (sec.471-ssec.1) The effect of the part 5 permission is that, under section 399 or 439 , the land the subject of the permission becomes pipeline land or petroleum facility land for the licence.
