### sec.455 Civil penalty for nonpayment of annual licence fee If a petroleum facility licence holder does not pay an annual licence fee as required under section 454 , the holder must also pay the State a civil penalty. The amount of the penalty is 15% of the fee. The penalty— must be paid on the day after the last day for payment of the fee; and is still payable even if the holder later pays the fee.
