### sec.425 Power to amend If the holder of a point-to-point pipeline licence gives a notice under section 420 , the Minister may amend the licence to reduce its area to— the pipeline land for the licence; and any public land in the area of the licence stated in the notice. - (a) the pipeline land for the licence; and - (b) any public land in the area of the licence stated in the notice.
