### sec.409A Notice of application to relevant local government
This section does not apply if the application is for an existing pipeline.
The applicant must, within 10 business days after making the application, give each relevant local government a notice stating the application details under section 409 (b) for the proposed application.
If subsection (2) is not complied with, the application lapses.
