### sec.404 Licence types—area or point to point A pipeline licence may be granted— over a stated area (an area pipeline licence ); or for a pipeline from one stated point or points to another point or points (a point-to-point pipeline licence ). s 404 amd 2014 No. 47 s 627A (ins 2016 No. 30 s 113 ) - (a) over a stated area (an area pipeline licence ); or - (b) for a pipeline from one stated point or points to another point or points (a point-to-point pipeline licence ).
