### sec.392BK Consistency with overlapping tenure’s development plan and with any relevant coordination arrangement To the extent the area of the petroleum lease and the overlapping tenure coincide or will coincide, the proposed development plan must be consistent with any geothermal coordination arrangement or GHG coordination arrangement for that area. Subsection (3) applies only if the overlapping tenure is an overlapping lease.
