### sec.392BA Additional ground for refusing application The Minister may decide to refuse the application if satisfied the applicant has not in a timely manner— taken any step for the application required of the applicant under chapter 2 or 3 or this chapter; or satisfied the Minister about a matter that under chapter 2 or 3 or this chapter is required for the granting of the application.
