### sec.392AU Additional criteria for deciding provisions of petroleum lease In deciding the provisions of the petroleum lease the Minister must consider all of the following— the information statement; the assessment criteria; any holder submissions; the effect of the petroleum lease on the safe and efficient carrying out of authorised activities for the overlapping tenure; for an overlapping permit—the effect of the petroleum lease on the safe and efficient carrying out of authorised activities for any future lease that may arise from the permit. s 392AU ins 2009 No. 3 s 554 sub 2010 No. 31 s 549 - (a) the information statement; - (b) the assessment criteria; - (c) any holder submissions; - (d) the effect of the petroleum lease on the safe and efficient carrying out of authorised activities for the overlapping tenure; - (e) for an overlapping permit—the effect of the petroleum lease on the safe and efficient carrying out of authorised activities for any future lease that may arise from the permit.
