### sec.392AJ Resource management decision The Minister must make a decision (the resource management decision ) about whether to— grant the petroleum lease application; or give any overlapping authority priority for all or part of the relevant land; or not to grant the petroleum lease application and not to give any overlapping authority priority for any of the relevant land. s 392AJ ins 2009 No. 3 s 554 sub 2010 No. 31 s 549 - (a) grant the petroleum lease application; or - (b) give any overlapping authority priority for all or part of the relevant land; or - (c) not to grant the petroleum lease application and not to give any overlapping authority priority for any of the relevant land.
