### sec.392AG Applicant’s information obligation
The applicant must within 10 business days after making the petroleum lease application give the overlapping tenure holder a copy of the application other than any part of the application relating to the capability criteria.
If the Minister is reasonably satisfied the applicant has not complied with an obligation under this division, the petroleum lease application may be refused.
