### sec.392AC General provision about petroleum authorities for land subject to geothermal tenure or GHG authority
Subject to the other provisions of this chapter and chapters 2 and 3, the Geothermal Act , GHG storage Act , a geothermal tenure or a GHG authority does not limit or otherwise affect—
the power under this Act to grant a petroleum authority; or
the carrying out of authorised activities for a petroleum authority.
