### sec.392AA Relationship with chs 2 and 3
Requirements and restrictions under this chapter relating to the granting of a petroleum tenure apply as well as any relevant requirements under chapter 2 or 3 .
If this chapter imposes a requirement for or a restriction on the granting of a petroleum tenure, it can not be granted if the restriction applies or if the requirement has not been complied with.
If a provision of this chapter conflicts with a provision of chapter 2 the provision of this chapter prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
This chapter does not otherwise limit or affect the requirements of chapter 2 .
Subsection (6) applies if this chapter imposes a requirement for or a restriction on the carrying out of an authorised activity for a petroleum tenure.
Despite chapter 2 , the activity is not an authorised activity for the petroleum tenure while the restriction applies or if the requirement has not been complied with.
