### sec.384 Additional criteria
This section applies if—
the Minister is considering whether to approve a proposed later development plan for a petroleum lease; and
the area of the petroleum lease includes all or part of the area of a coal mining tenement or oil shale mining tenement.
The matters that must be considered also include—
the CSG assessment criteria; and
the effect of any approval of the proposed plan on any relinquishment condition for the lease.
