### sec.363I Reference to Land Court A referral by the Minister under section 363H (5) must be made by filing a notice in the approved form with the registrar of the Land Court. The referral starts a proceeding before the Land Court for it to make the recommendations. The parties to the proceeding are the mineral (f) tenure holder and the authority to prospect holder for the overlapping mineral (f) land to which the dispute relates. s 363I ins 2010 No. 31 s 433 (sec.363I-ssec.1) A referral by the Minister under section 363H (5) must be made by filing a notice in the approved form with the registrar of the Land Court.
